Background:
The school is situated in the north of Glenrothes, a town in central Fife. It was built in 1977 to house the growing population of Glenrothes. This lasted for many years and huts had to be built to accommodate the growing numbers. The school provides a wide range of opportunities to enhance the learning including: tennis, rounders, small balls, football, bouncy balls, basketball shoot and scoop balls. The school aims to provide a happy, secure and stimulated environment.
